General terms and conditions of sale

1. Scope and seller details

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relations when selling goods through the B2B platform of "SASH-N" EOOD, with registered office and management address: Ruse, 7 "Lyulyak" Str., UIC: 200028279, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller".

These terms and conditions apply exclusively to commercial transactions with entrepreneurs, natural or legal persons acting within the scope of their commercial activity (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").

2. Purchase object and private labels

The object of purchase is underwear produced in Bulgaria under the protected trademarks "Finess" and "Tita".

• The "Finesse" brand is aimed at a mature and classic female audience.
• The "Titta" brand offers a youthful and modern vision.

All items are manufactured from carefully selected materials (fabrics, elastics, threads) from verified suppliers, guaranteeing high quality.

3. Registration and secure access

The site has closed access. Information about prices, stock availability and detailed descriptions are only visible after:

• Successful registration of the Buyer with provision of valid company data.
• Manual approval of the account by the Seller's administrator.

The Seller reserves the right to deny access or terminate it if the Buyer fails to prove his legitimate commercial status.

4. Orders and availability

The site displays the current quantities of each model. Since the stock is updated and synchronized dynamically, the final confirmation of availability is given by the Seller upon physical processing of the order in the warehouse.

The contract is considered concluded from the moment of sending a written confirmation or Proforma invoice from the Seller to the Buyer.

5. Prices, payment and delivery

All prices displayed in the catalog are net (excluding VAT) and are stated in euros (with an informative equivalent in Bulgarian leva included for local customers).

• Payment is made in advance by bank transfer.
• The payment term for an issued Proforma invoice is 7 working days, after which the order is automatically canceled by the system.
• Delivery is organized through a logistics company or courier and is at the expense of the Buyer (except under specially agreed preferential conditions).
• The risk of damage passes to the Buyer at the time of handing over the goods to the transport company.

6. Complaints and guarantees

As a manufacturer, the Seller guarantees that the goods comply with the highest standards stated. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt.

Claims for missing items or visible manufacturing defects are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of wear or washing.

Caution: Since the transactions are concluded between traders (B2B format), the rules for the right to cancel an order without reason within 14 days for end consumers (under the Consumer Protection Act - CPA) do not apply.

The customer may exercise his right to a complaint no later than 30 days after receipt. He must promptly inform the sales representative via Viber or by email info@sash-n.com, indicating the invoice number and sending photos of the damaged or defective goods.

Returns can only be made after official confirmation from the B2B-Finesse sales representative. Shipping costs for returning confirmed defective goods are borne by the Seller.

7. Intellectual property

The brands "Finesse" and "Titta" are protected and reserved trademarks. The buyer has the right to use their names solely for the purpose of reselling the purchased legitimate goods.

It is absolutely prohibited to use photos, logos, advertising materials or texts from the portal for online advertising campaigns, websites or printed materials of the Buyer without the prior express written consent of the Seller.
