Submit a request

Our platform operates 24/7. Each request received receives an accurate timestamp (down to the second), which takes its place in the electronic queue for the corresponding week.

STEP 02

Mondays and Tuesdays

These are our dedicated B2B logistics days. Our team stops other activities and begins the physical collection and distribution of orders in their exact time order (FIFO).

STEP 03

Offer and Transport

As soon as we receive your order, our agent will contact you to confirm the actual quantities, specify the best delivery method, and send a proforma invoice.

Can I place an order on Thursday?

Yes, absolutely! The site accepts orders all week long. By placing your order early, you guarantee your position on the processing list the following Monday.

When will I have to pay?

Payment is not made on the website itself. Only after we process your FIFO position and physically set aside the goods from the warehouse will you receive an official pro forma invoice by email.

If I placed an order first, am I guaranteed availability?

Yes, the first orders received always have priority over the current available stock at the time of your order.
